Wooden carved Maharana Pratap riding his horse Chetak. This idol is beautifully carved in a way that any way it is kept it will be the front side. Both the front and back sides are carved that way and have a mirror effect. Such idols are rare.
Chetak was a great friend of Maharana Pratap and the rescuer at the time of war with Akbar in Haldighati 1576. The brave stallion kept life in danger and protected his master by jumping from 25 feet deep trough. The stories say Chetak was a very aggressive horse and only Maharana Pratap was able to tame it. It can be an ideal way to display this showpiece in a partitioned area of the house.
