Phad Summer Season

Phad painting originated in the year 1629 in Phoolia Estate Jagir, presently Shahpura, near Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
They are 700 years old. This style of painting is an amalgamation of both the Rajput & Mughal styles of painting.

The artist showcases a blooming summer season. The queen gracefully swings, while the king stands nearby, tenderly pushing her swing, both immersed in the bliss of the present moment. The woman, dressed in vibrant attire, exudes an air of freedom and playfulness as she swings through the air. The garden itself becomes a sanctuary of nature’s beauty. Majestic trees provide shade and a symphony of birdsong fills the atmosphere, adding a touch of whimsy to the enchanting scene.
